According to the headquarter they even set up a headquarter responsible for the space security in cooperation with the federal police WOW .
i am sorry, but this is not a confirmation of any kind of UFO Phenomena. it is just a declaration, which communitys in the german nordrhein-westfalen politics are informed by the police, if someone sees something like this an calls the cops... thats it. sorry :)
