Do aliens have a banking system? Do they have money?

This is the question of the century:

Do our alien sisters and brothers actually have a monetary system, maybe even banks and a currency?

 How about resources,  Gold, silver, oil?

Will this be found on other planets ,too? Will there be an intergalactic trading system in the future?

A new world government will have to answer these questions.
